Hi, I'm Danielle Sandre. I help ambitious, young adults figure out what they want in life and how to get there.

After spending nearly two decades in corporate HR and Recruiting at places like Pinterest and Google, I realized my favorite part of the job wasn't filling roles or checking boxes, it was connecting with people and discussing their career paths and life goals. 

I became a Certified Coach and went all-in on helping people like you navigate this messy, exciting, sometimes-anxiety inducing transition that comes with your 20s and early 30s.

My approach? I blend mindfulness practices with practical career expertise to help you anchor into a values-based, strengths-driven, judgment free collaboration. Together, we'll turn your ambition into aligned action and build a future that reflects your potential, passions, and values.
