Dan Littman
Consistency Coach | Your Habit Engineer
About
You take care of everyone. It's time someone helped you take care of you.
You show up for your family, your team, your clients — often at the expense of your own health, energy, and follow-through. You know what you should be doing. You've known for a while.
The problem isn't information or motivation. The problem is that you've never built a real system for yourself — because you've always been too busy building everything for everyone else.
The problem isn't information or motivation. The problem is that you've never built a real system for yourself — because you've always been too busy building everything for everyone else.
That's exactly what I help you fix.
I'm Dan Littman — a consistency coach and your habit engineer. I help driven people close the gap between what they intend to do and what they actually do consistently, by building simple systems that hold up when life gets busy, energy drops, and motivation disappears.
My background is in building enterprise systems designed to perform under pressure — not on perfect days, but on the hard ones. I bring that same thinking to habit coaching. We don't build routines that only work when you're motivated. We build ones that keep working when you're not.
This work is also personal. I've managed Type 1 diabetes since childhood. Consistency has never been optional for me — it's been a daily requirement. I know firsthand what it costs when your system breaks down, and what it feels like to finally have one that holds.
If you're tired of starting over, tired of being last on your own list, and ready to build something that actually sticks — you're in the right place.

Free Habit Diagnostic™ Call
This focused 30-minute call is for people who already know the habits they want to build — but keep falling out of rhythm when life gets busy.
We’ll look at what you’ve tried, where consistency tends to break down, what the pattern is costing you, and why this matters to you now.
By the end, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what’s really getting in the way — and whether coaching support is the right next step.
Best for: “I know what I should be doing…I just can’t seem to do it consistently.”

By the end, you’ll have a clearer picture of whether now is the right time to start, what might get in the way, and whether coaching support would make sense for your next step.
Best for: “I want to do 75 Hard, but I don’t want to start strong and quietly fall off again.”
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. This is coaching — which means we focus on where you are now, where you want to go, and what's getting in the way. We're not digging into your past or treating anything clinical.
If something comes up that feels like it needs professional mental health support, I'll say so honestly. But most of what we work on is practical: habits, routines, follow-through, and building a system that actually fits your life.
How is this different from a course, an app, or a book?
Courses, apps, and books give you information. And you probably already have plenty of that. You know what you should be doing — the problem is doing it consistently in your real life.
Coaching is different because it's built around you. We don't apply a generic template to your life. We look at what's actually breaking down, why it keeps happening, and build something specific to your schedule, your energy, and your reality. Then we adjust it as life changes.
What does a session actually look like?
It's a conversation, not a lecture. We talk about what happened since the last session, what worked, what didn't, and why. Then we figure out what to adjust and what to carry forward.
There's no formal homework and I'm not going to send you a 10-step action plan. Between sessions, you simply try what we built together, notice what happens in real life, and bring that back to our next call. Simple feedback loop, no pressure.
How much time does this take each week?
Our weekly session is either 30 or 60 minutes depending on your program. Outside of that — nothing mandatory. No worksheets, no videos to watch, no assignments to complete.
The habits we build together are designed to fit into time you already have, not add more demands on top of an already full life. If something takes more than a few minutes a day to implement, we simplify it.
Who do you typically work with?
Most of my clients are driven people who are great at taking care of everyone else — their family, their team, their clients — but have never quite built a real system for themselves.
They're not lazy. They're not clueless about what they should do. They're just last on their own list, and they've been that way long enough that starting over keeps feeling harder and harder. If that's you, you're in the right place.
I've tried coaching and programs before and they didn't work. Why would this be different?
That's exactly the right question to ask — and I'd rather you ask it now than wonder it later.
Most programs fail because they're built for your best days. When motivation is high, the system works great. When life gets hard, it collapses. What we build here is designed specifically for your hard days — lighter, more flexible, and with a recovery plan built in before you need it.
I also don't believe in starting over. If something breaks down, we don't throw it out — we figure out why and fix just that part. That's a different approach than most.
What if I'm really busy and my schedule changes a lot?
Then you're exactly who this is designed for. A busy, unpredictable schedule isn't a problem to work around — it's the starting point we design from.
We build routines that flex with your week, not ones that demand perfect conditions to work. You'll also have a "backup version" for chaotic days so that something always happens, even when everything else falls apart.
How do I know which program is right for me?
The free Habit Diagnostic call is the best place to start if you're not sure. We'll talk for about 30 minutes, and by the end you'll have a clear picture of what's actually going on — and if there's a program that makes sense, I'll tell you which one and why.
Generally speaking: if you're stuck on one or two specific habits and want quick momentum, the Habit Tune-Up is a good fit.
If you've been stuck in the same cycle for a long time and want to rebuild from the ground up, the Consistency Rebuild is the better choice.

Do sessions happen virtually?
Yes — all sessions are held over video call, so you can join from wherever you are. No commuting, no rearranging your day. Just show up, and we get to work.
What's your background? Why should I trust you with this?
I spent over two decades building and troubleshooting enterprise IT systems — complex infrastructure designed to perform reliably under pressure, not just on good days. I now apply that same thinking to habit systems.
I've also managed Type 1 diabetes since childhood. Consistency has never been theoretical for me — a missed routine has real consequences. I understand what it takes to build systems that hold, because I've had to live that way my whole life.
I'm certified as a coach and have continued training since 2017. But more than credentials, I bring 25 years of real-world experience building things that actually work — and a genuine commitment to the people I coach.
Is there a guarantee?
I don't offer a results guarantee — because results depend on both of us showing up, and I can't control your side of that. What I can guarantee is that I'll show up prepared, I'll take your situation seriously, and I'll work with you until we find something that actually fits your life.
If you feel like the first session wasn't useful, reach out and we'll talk. I'd rather fix it than have you feel stuck with something that isn't working.
Still have a question?
Don't let it stop you from reaching out. You can contact me directly and I'll give you a straight answer — no sales pitch, no pressure.
