I started seeing Melinda while pregnant with my 5th child, about 4/5 months into pregnancy, for pelvic floor discomfort, urinary incontinence, and to keep a healthy pregnancy. I am a fitness instructor, so jumping, hopping, and movement is part of my job! I was able to attain exercises to help strengthen my pelvic floor and control my incontinence. 4 weeks Postpartum, I began my appointments to regain lower body strength, help with my diastasis recti, and get my body ready for full fitness, instructing, and running.
