I offer a calm, creative space to meet slowly and with care.
Whether you come for therapy, supervision or reflective wellbeing support, my intention is the same: that you do not have to carry everything alone, and that you have space to listen to yourself with gentleness and honesty.

How I work
Some people arrive through words. Others through image, movement, metaphor, mindfulness or quiet reflection. There is no right way to begin — we simply start where you are.

Creativity and relational depth shape my work. However expression comes, we follow it gently and without pressure. You do not need to explain everything or know where to begin.

With steady companionship, patterns soften, experiences loosen, the nervous system settles and clarity begins to emerge — not by force, but through being alongside, attentive and unhurried.

A reflective space to think about the work, your responses, and what is needed to sustain you.
Mindfulness & Wellbeing
Returning to breath, pace and presence without striving.

The work is not about becoming someone else.
It is about becoming more yourself, with someone beside you who can hold the process with clarity, warmth and creative attunement.

6 Week Forest Meditation Reset

A gentle 6-week outdoor meditation series held in the woods (max 10 people).
We’ll walk, settle, and explore simple, trauma-sensitive practices to support calm, connection, and presence. No experience needed.
