Ruth is a dynamic, organised and down-to-earth ADHD Coach with over 19 years of experience in the coaching world. With a background spanning multiple careers and businesses, she thrives on variety and brings a practical, creative approach to her work with clients.
In Human Design, Ruth is a Projector — a natural guide and advisor. Coaching and training are a perfect match for her energy, especially when paired with her creative background in music. She has a deep capacity to see beneath the surface, tune into others’ emotions, and gently steer them toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful progress. Her work is rooted in compassion, insight, and a genuine desire to help people move forward.
Ruth specialises in supporting adults with ADHD, helping them navigate both the challenges and strengths of their neurodivergent minds. She blends coaching psychology with tools from CBT, DBT, nervous system regulation and holistic approaches to create grounded, personalised support.

Includes 2 hours of support per month, which can be used as 4 x 30-minute calls, 2 x 1-hour sessions, or one 2-hour session.

This 4 weekly package will give you 4 sessions (1hr per week), advanced diary booking to secure your timeslot, notes after each session, as well as support between sessions.
