Holly Boulter

Certified Trauma Informed Life Coach

About

I’m Holly, a certified trauma-informed life coach.

I work with women who feel like something isn’t quite right — even if life looks “fine” on the outside.

You might feel stuck, disconnected, or quietly unfulfilled. Not because anything is obviously wrong, but because something deeper is asking for change.

My work isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level goals.

It’s about slowing things down, creating space, and gently exploring what’s been sitting underneath — the patterns, thoughts, and feelings that shape how you experience your life.

I’ll meet you exactly where you are, and we’ll begin from there.

Testimonials

Holly is a coach inside my VIP programmes, and the Head Coach of our Membership programme and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is truly incredible as a person and in her coaching abilities — a naturally gifted coach who brings out genuine transformation in the people she works with. The results her clients achieve are real and lasting, and she has a remarkable ability to help people feel safe, seen, and supported while guiding them through deep change. Everyone who has been coached by Holly speaks so warmly of her — she is deeply respected and well-loved by the communities she supports. The difference she has made to people’s lives is enormous. I feel endlessly grateful to have her as part of my team — her presence, her skill, and her heart make all the difference. She really is fantastic.

- Hannah Watkins | The Peaceful Weightloss Method

The thing that makes Holly extraordinary is her brilliance when it comes to listening. She has this rare gift of understanding exactly how your mind works, and then asking the most precise question, offering a single phrase, or giving a small example that suddenly makes everything clear.

This emotional genius of hers is what makes Holly the best life coach anyone could ever hope to meet. She will not simply be “nice” to you. She will challenge you to work hard on your thoughts, to really face yourself, and she will help you uncover what isn’t working in your life. That process can be painful—at times, very painful. Yet before you know it, you begin to see your life shifting in ways you never imagined possible.

Holly will never pity you, nor will she offer false niceties. She is not here to sugar-coat. She is here to make sure you learn how to manage your thoughts and emotions in the best possible way. And as a result, your actions will change—pushing your life towards the very best version it can be.

- Dr Osnat Pinkas

Sometimes a sentence or two can change a life - and that's exactly what I discovered in my coaching with Holly. She has an incredible gift to listen deeply and then pinpointing, often in just one question, the shift I needed to change the way I think. I will forever be grateful for the wonderful coaching I received from her and the life transformation it brought about.

- Dr Ben Segev MD

Holly is an exceptional coach. She has a unique ability to help me think differently and see things from new perspectives I hadn't considered before. Through our sessions, I've gained confidence in my every day life which I had been struggling with for a long time. Holly combines professionalism with genuine care, creating a safe and supportive space that makes real transformation possible.

- Tracey

From the very beginning, Holly has been sensitive, understanding, and incredibly supportive. There is never any judgment—only compassion and encouragement. She created a safe space where I felt comfortable opening up, which allowed me to finally explore the deeper reasons behind my overeating and how I had been using food to buffer my emotions. Working with Holly has been a truly transformative experience, and I’m deeply grateful for her guidance.

- Tina

Holly is an exceptional coach. Over the past six months, she has consistently asked just the right questions to help me dig deep and uncover what truly matters. Our sessions may begin with one topic, but they always lead to an unexpected yet perfectly fitting insight, solution, or next step.

- Helen

Holly’s coaching has been so valuable to me. She always gets to the heart of my concerns and gently challenges me in ways that help me grow and appreciate myself more. With her support, I’ve learned the power of ‘failing forward’ and discovered a deeper understanding of who I am.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to know what I want to work on?
Not at all.

Many people come without a clear problem or goal — just a sense that something isn’t quite right.

We’ll start from wherever you are and find a way in together.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
You don’t need to be sure.

If something about this resonates — even slightly — that’s enough to start a conversation.

You’re very welcome to book a connection call and get a feel for whether this feels right for you.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes — everything you share is treated as confidential. This is a space where you can be open and honest, without judgement.
What happens after my sessions end?
Some people feel ready to continue on their own. Others choose to carry on with further coaching.

There’s no expectation either way — you can take some time to notice what feels right for you.
