Chris has over two decades of experience in various roles, including manager, founder, peer-reviewed author, and consultant. He has worked in the energy sector for 15 years and now serves as an executive coach, and sub-council member with Engineering Young Alumni (ENGGYAC). Chris is a Professionally Certified Executive Coach and a Licensed Professional Engineer.


Chris has extensive experience in technical and professional developmental roles, which has allowed him to understand complex issues from multiple perspectives. He is skilled at coaching to support organizational strategies, navigate transitions, and build sustainable and solution-focused leadership behavior.
