While I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, my coaching work is future-focused and transformation-based.
Coaching is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, strengthen boundaries, and rebuild identity through actionable insight and emotional support.
It is not clinical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
