Coaching, community and strategic thinking partnership for late-diagnosed professionals rebuilding a life they can actually live.

About

You're not broken. You're late-diagnosed. And there's a lot of us.

Coaching, community, and strategic thinking partnership for late-diagnosed professional women rebuilding a career — and a life — that fits who they actually are.

If you're here, something has probably already clicked.

Maybe you were recently diagnosed. Maybe you're sitting with a quiet, growing suspicion that a lot of things are finally starting to make sense.

Maybe you're in the middle of re-reading your career — every job you left, every job that quietly pushed you out, every room where you performed your way to exhaustion — with a new set of eyes.

Maybe you've been handed the diagnosis and no roadmap, and no one in your life quite knows what to do with it, including you.

Maybe you're doing well on paper and falling apart underneath, and the gap between the two is getting harder to carry.

You are not making it up. You are not being dramatic. You are not too sensitive, too intense, too much, or too late.

You are exactly on time for the life that fits who you actually are.
And you do not have to figure this out alone.

About me

Hi, I'm Chantal.

I spent thirty years helping some of the most complex organizations in Canada change — Providence Health Care, ICBC, the Government of Alberta, the Ontario Ministry of Health, the City of Edmonton, and many more. I was good at my work. I did not know why it cost me so much.

I was diagnosed late.

Late enough that by the time I understood what had been happening to me, I had been pushed out of more jobs than I could explain, used my retirement to survive the gaps, and eventually sold the home I had bought at twenty-nine. I am fifty-three.

I am starting over — not because I failed, but because I finally have the language for why the systems I had excelled inside had also been quietly extracting me.

My professional superpower — reading rooms at extraordinary speed, facilitating two hundred strangers into agreement in a single afternoon, seeing patterns others missed — is what researchers now call the camouflager's gift.

The cost of carrying it unnamed, for thirty years, was my health, my savings, and the career I thought I had built.

I don't coach neurodivergence as a clinical specialty. I coach from it.

I bring thirty years of organizational development science, an ICF executive coaching credential, a Master of Education from OISE at the University of Toronto, Prosci change management certification, and a deep Christian spiritual formation that is how I survived what I survived.

My faith is the reason I'm still here. I hold it quietly for my clients, whether they share it or not.

If you have recently been diagnosed, or you're reading this late at night because something has finally clicked, you have found the right person. I know the terrain. I know the grief. I know the questions you cannot ask anyone else.
