My primary focus is helping emerging, established, and executive leaders gain more clarity on their purpose and grow into it, through coaching that's built around you, not a template.

Young evolving professionals being introduced to the onsite dynamics of corporate culture and career navigation are an emphasized target audience for ICC. There are certain soft skills that are needed to be successful in organizations - and they are not taught in textbooks.

Meet Cecil:

Cecil is the Founder and Principal of ICC. He brings 30+ years of experience across corporate leadership, coaching, mentoring, and community engagement. He's a PCC-credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths®️ coach. He is also the author of "The Intentional Career Handbook", a career navigation guide through the harmony and power of coaching, mentoring and consulting.
