About

"I’ve always been drawn to questions like:

Am I living in a way that truly matters?
Am I making the most of the time I’ve been given?

Psalm 90:12 has guided me for years:
'Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.'

To me, this verse isn’t about counting days with fear or pressure — it’s about cultivating awareness, intention, and wisdom so that each choice we make aligns with what matters most.

It’s a reminder that life is finite, and that the way we spend our days shapes the quality of our years.

That perspective became deeply personal for me in 2017 during a cancer scare, in the middle of a very full and busy season of life. It confronted me with the reality that our days are not guaranteed and deepened a desire I had already carried for years: to be fully present, to make the most of each season I’m given, and to live with as few regrets as possible.

That experience didn’t make me fearful of time passing — it made me more awake to it. It taught me to live with greater intention, to notice what truly matters, and to make choices that align with the life and legacy I hope to leave behind.

After all, "We're either moving forward, or we're moving backward. There is no such thing as standing still." - Becky Williamson-Martin

This is why I became a coach."

About Me
I’m the coach behind Life Well Lived, where I support individuals who want to live with greater intention and make the most of the time they’ve been given.

My path into coaching has been shaped by both lived experience and dedicated training. Over the years, I’ve walked through seasons that reminded me how quickly life moves and how easy it can be to lose ourselves in the demands, responsibilities, and transitions of everyday life. Those experiences deepened my desire to live more intentionally and now shape the way I support others.

I am a Certified Professional Life Coach and Board Certified Mental Health Coach through the IBCC. And I've completed multiple coaching programs and have had the opportunity to work with people across a wide range of life stages and transitions—helping them gain clarity, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater purpose and alignment. I’m currently working toward my ICF accreditation as I continue to deepen and refine my coaching practice.

My approach is warm, grounded, and practical. I create space for you to slow down, reflect honestly, and take intentional steps forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. Together, we focus on living with greater awareness and alignment so you can spend your time and energy in ways that reflect the life and legacy you want to build—a life that feels genuinely well lived.

Testimonials

Grateful Parent

Cathy's coaching style has helped our daughter tremendously getting her to take accountability and recognize the power she has in determining her own happiness. Her approach is thought provoking, caring and considerate. She doesn’t just listen, she actually hears you and wants to help you live your life with clarity and purpose.

- Jennifer

Working with Cathy has been such a gift during a season of major change in my life. I was navigating a career change after many years in a different field, dealing with anxiety, facing relationship challenges, and struggling to establish healthy boundaries.

Cathy helped me build confidence, trust myself and move forward with greater clarity and purpose. She has a way of listening that makes you feel truly heard and asks questions that help you find answers within yourself.

One of the most valuable things I gained from our work together was learning that setting healthy boundaries is an act of self-respect, not selfishness. She also helped me explore and lean into my faith and trust the process during uncertain times.

I’m incredibly grateful for Cathy’s guidance, encouragement, and support; for creating such a safe space to learn and grow. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking positive change in their life.

- MN

Cathy created a warm, safe space where I felt comfortable being open and honest as I explored important areas of my life. Through her thoughtful questions and insight, I have gained greater clarity about what was holding me back and am able to create a vision for my future. In our time together I am feeling more confident, empowered, and ready to step into the next chapter of my life with purpose.
