Hi! I'm Carole and it's a pleasure to virtually meet you. I have a passion for helping leaders and teams redefine themselves through coaching and education. I have a master's degree in counseling psychology and a master's in human resource management. I'm currently completing my certification in Leadership Coaching at International Professional Excellence Coaching and expect my A.C.C. certification in the Fall of 2025. I have 25 years of leadership experience in university and corporate settings within the Clinical Research and Medical Device fields.

Energy Leadership Index Assessment + 60 minute debrief and 30 minute follow up action planning session
The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is a powerful self-assessment used to measure how you show up when interacting with others and leading teams. Through the lens of seven levels of leadership, it outlines your energy both in everyday life and under stress. It was developed by Bruce D. Schneider, founder of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Also available in a package for teams. This package includes a 60 minute debrief of your results as well as a 30-minute follow-up action planning session based on identified growth areas.
