At the core of my work is alignment. When identity and leadership are integrated, confidence settles, communication sharpens, and decisions carry authority. I support leaders in strengthening how they show up so their presence reflects who they are and what they are called to steward.

Through the Bold Identity Leadership Academy™, I support leaders in corporate and academic environments who are strengthening executive presence, strategic communication, and influence across complex systems. Each pathway is distinct, built on one foundation that produces a measurable leadership impact.
