Hey! I’m George.

I didn’t set out to do this work. Life volunteered me.

A combination of serious illness, uncertainty, and a long stretch of things being very much out of my control forced me to pay close attention to how my mind actually works under pressure. Not in theory - in real time, on the days where staying steady genuinely mattered.

Somewhere along the way, I realised that while I couldn’t control everything happening around me, I could work on how I responded to it. That ended up changing everything.

My approach is practical, grounded, and built from lived experience rather than motivational slogans. I focus on mental performance, resilience, and emotional control - the tools I use myself to stay calm, clear, and functional when life gets heavy.

In our sessions, we'll work on:

  • Building mental resilience and steadiness under pressure
  • Gaining control over thoughts and emotional reactions (without pretending they don’t exist)
  • Developing practical mental tools you can use immediately to build an unyielding foundation of mental health
  • Finding a sense of agency, even when circumstances are challenging.

This isn’t therapy, and it’s not “just think positive.” It’s honest, direct work for people dealing with real life challenges - illness, stress, big life changes, or simply the feeling that they want to meet life from a stronger place.

Is this therapy?
No. This is not therapy or medical treatment.

These sessions focus on mental performance, resilience, and how you relate to your thoughts and emotions under pressure. If you are looking for clinical therapy, I am happy to suggest other options.
Who do you usually work with?
I work with people who are dealing with something real. Illness, stress, major life changes, uncertainty, or simply the sense that life feels heavier than it should.

You do not need to be in crisis. You just need to be open to honest reflection and practical work on the mind.
What actually happens in a session?
We talk. Plain and simple.

You bring what is currently taking up the most mental space for you. I listen, ask direct questions, and help you make sense of it in a clearer, more grounded way. We focus on understanding patterns, regaining agency, and leaving you with something useful to work with.
Do I need to commit to multiple sessions?
No.

Some people find a single session helpful. Others choose to work together over a few weeks to build momentum. There is no pressure to commit beyond what feels right for you.
How do I know if this is right for me?
