About
Austin is a professional coach with a deep passion for self-awareness, empathy, servant-leadership, and all things leadership development.
An engineer by training, and a communicator by nature, Austin enjoys problem-solving and relationship-building. He leads with positivity and naturally looks to see the best in his clients and identify their strengths.
He has over 10 years of experience developing, leading, & training teams & leaders within engineering programs & faith-based organizations.
In 2022, he obtained a Master’s degree in Communication & Leadership from Gonzaga University.
In 2024, he completed his professional coaching education & training with InviteChange, through their ICF-accredited program, Being Generative Professional Coaches.
He is currently working towards his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) ICF coaching certification.
