This forced adaptation is an injustice not only to your personal well-being, but to society as a whole, because it deprives the world of your true brilliance. This conditioning creates a quiet, chronic disconnection from your authentic self. It is the hidden anchor that has likely prevented you from achieving what you want most—especially the deep relational happiness and abundant financial freedom you know you are capable of.

I’m Diego, and my life’s work is helping people dismantle this conditioning so they can fully anchor into their unique identity. I don’t look at you in a vacuum; I look at the larger contexts, cultures, and systems that shape your life.
- Identity & Belonging: As a Colombian-born adoptee, I intimately understand the complexities of belonging, identity development, and honorably holding space for lived experiences.
- Expansive Relationships: I am deeply passionate about relationship design in all its beautiful forms—including traditional partnerships, LGBTQIA+ dynamics, consensual non-monogamy (CNM), and polyamory. Every individual deserves to be fully witnessed, opening the door to profound empathy and deeper connections.
- Power & Empathy: My framework integrates racial and feminist theories. Actively acknowledging privilege and power dynamics is vital to building genuine pathways of compassion, self-awareness, and personal liberation.
