Teacakes for Tears: Tools in the Midst of Grief is a compassionate grief support experience designed to help individuals navigate loss with connection, reflection, and practical coping tools. Through guided conversation, emotional support, and gentle healing rituals—including tea cakes shared in honor of loved ones—participants are invited into a warm, supportive space to process grief, honor memories, and find comfort in community.
Free Discovery Call
Curious about how coaching can help you feel more like yourself again during perimenopause or menopause? This free 30-minute call is a relaxed, judgment-free space to talk about what you're experiencing—emotionally, mentally, and physically.
We’ll explore your current challenges, whether they involve mood shifts, low energy, brain fog, sleep disruptions, or changes in identity. I’ll also share how my coaching approach can support you with practical tools like personalized diet and exercise guidance, mindset strategies, and referrals to trusted practitioners for hormonal balance and integrative care.
You’ll leave with greater clarity and a sense of whether we’re the right fit to work together—through one-on-one coaching, the Fog to Fierce group program, or another supportive path.
Fog to Focus Session
A dedicated 60-minute coaching experience—offered in person or virtually—where we zero in on your midlife journey. Together, we address the emotional, mental, and physical shifts of perimenopause and menopause so you can move from scattered “fog” to grounded focus.
