After the Tears-Living Life After Loss
After the Tears: Living Life After Loss is a 6-week virtual grief support and psychoeducation group for adults learning how to live, rebuild, and make room for life again after loss.
This group is for those navigating grief of many kinds, including death loss, divorce, caregiver grief, health changes, empty nest, relationship changes, and major life transitions. Participants do not have to attend Teacakes for Tears first in order to join.
The group begins Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM Central Time and meets virtually for 90 minutes each week. Space is limited to 10 participants to create a safe, intimate, and supportive group experience.

I’ll also share how my coaching approach can support you with practical tools like personalized diet and exercise guidance, mindset strategies, and referrals to trusted practitioners for hormonal balance and integrative care.
You’ll leave with greater clarity and a sense of whether we’re the right fit to work together—through one-on-one coaching, the Fog to Fierce group program, or another supportive path.
Fog to Focus Session
A dedicated 60-minute coaching experience—offered in person or virtually—where we zero in on your midlife journey. Together, we address the emotional, mental, and physical shifts of perimenopause and menopause so you can move from scattered “fog” to grounded focus.
