Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is a great fit if you’re ready to make intentional progress and want support thinking through your next steps. You don’t need to have everything figured out — just a willingness to explore what’s possible and take aligned action that feels true to you.
Is this coaching therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. It’s about clarity, perspective, momentum, and the next meaningful step. Therapy is clinical mental-health care. If something comes up that is better suited for therapy, I’ll always direct you toward the right type of support.
Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
No prep required. Some people like to bring a notebook or jot down a few thoughts beforehand, but you can absolutely come as you are.
What if I’m not clear yet on my exact goal?
You don’t need to have clarity before you begin, we'll create clarity together. Your “goal” could be something you want to achieve, a challenge you want to overcome, or a change you’d like to make in your life. Many clients come in unsure of the exact next step, that’s normal.
How do I schedule my sessions?
You’ll select your preferred times directly in the booking calendar. If you’re in a multi-session package, you can schedule sessions at the pace that works best for you — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or flexible as your season shifts.
Will I get appointment reminders?
