What’s the difference between therapy & coaching?
Therapy is focused on healing and often explores the past, while coaching is focused on growth and actively working toward breaking the patterns that are holding you back now.
I take a hybrid approach—meaning we acknowledge how past experiences have shaped your anxiety while actively working toward changing your present reality.
How long will it take to feel less anxious?
Any therapy or coaching that guarantees you'll feel better within a specific timeframe is a red flag—healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every person’s journey is unique, and progress looks different for everyone. I encourage you to embrace the process, trust your timeline, and engage fully in the work. That said, in my experience, most clients start noticing shifts within the first few weeks. But real, lasting change happens when you commit to learning and applying the tools. This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about building lifelong skills to manage anxiety with confidence.
What kind of support can I ask for between sessions?
You can reach out for mindset reframes, accountability, help processing a situation, or simply support when you need it. If something falls outside my scope, I’ll always be upfront about it. My goal is to guide and support you while also encouraging self-reflection, so you don’t become fully reliant on me. The aim is to help you strengthen your intuition and build confidence in yourself. That said, I’m here for the hiccups, the tough moments, and whenever you need a little push along the way.
Are there payment plans?
Yes! I offer a 3-month payment plan and a pay-as-you go payment plan to make this more accessible. We can go over the details and find the best option for you during your free consultation.
