Leadership Development for Everyone
About

To me, the most frustrating part of working in a corporate HR department was seeing leadership development opportunities reserved for executives and high potentials.
That's something I'm working to change.
To me, "leadership" isn't about your job title or how many people you manage. Leadership is about being responsible for your impact. And understanding our impact is something we all could use a little help with, no matter where we are on the org chart.
So I'm not here to help you "hustle harder" or "achieve your full potential." I'm here to help you figure out where you want to go and support you while you get there, whether that's the c-suite, the solopreneur's chair, or opting out of the system entirely.
A good day at work is when I can help a client feel more grounded, resilient, and connected. I also have a passion for supporting disabled, neurodivergent, and chronically ill leaders.
When I'm not working, you'll find me reading the newspaper (yes I still get a daily delivery), watering houseplants, or making a mess at the nearest pottery studio.
You can watch the video on this page to learn a little bit more about my coaching approach, and check out my LinkedIn profile if you'd like to know more about where I've been on a corporate org chart. And, if you're ready to talk, you can find a time on my calendar using the "Start Here" package!

Frequently Asked Questions
What are your qualifications?
Glad you asked! Coaching is a bit of a "wild west" these days, so no matter who you work with, it's important to find someone with the training and experience to provide the type of support that you need. I hold a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from ACT Leadership at Brown University, and I'm working my way towards an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
Tell me about the logistics. How do we meet? When are you available?
Most of my coaching sessions take place on Zoom. Whether we're on camera or off is up to you! I keep my calendar open for coaching appointments Monday - Thursday from 11:00 - 6:00 US central time. I also have some limited availablity on weekends.
What are your rates?
Great question! Pricing transparency is something we need more of in the world, and like many coaches who are just starting out, I've been working to find the balance between contributing to my community and acknowledging that this is a real business. I'm currently collecting the last few hours I need to qualify for my International Coaching Federation certification, so at the moment I'm charging $100/hour. I plan to raise this rate to about $200 / hour once I have my certification, but will always offer sliding scale and pro bono appointments as part of my mission to bring leadership development to everyone.
