I am a certified leadership and life coach & talent development expert who guides leaders and teams in understanding themselves and others in a way that helps them increase confidence, cultivate connection, foster engagement and create impactful results.  I believe that self-awareness is the true pixie dust to living into your best self and creating meaningful impact!

The combination of my close to 30 years as a HR/OD leader in both large and small organizations, my education and certifications, and my own experience with self-awareness and coaching makes me really good at what I do.
