About

Hi, I’m Andrea — and like many mothers, there was a time when I loved my family deeply but slowly stopped feeling like myself. 


I know what it feels like to live in survival mode, carry emotional overwhelm quietly, struggle with self-worth, and feel disconnected from the person you used to be underneath the responsibilities of motherhood and everyday life.

Through journaling, music, and self-reflection, I began understanding how my thoughts, emotional patterns, and internal dialogue were shaping the way I experienced myself and the world around me. What started as personal healing eventually became the Self Love Therapy Method™ — a grounded self-reconnection practice designed to help overwhelmed mothers regulate their emotional world, strengthen self-worth, reconnect with themselves, and show up more intentionally in both motherhood and life.

My goal is simple:
to help women stop abandoning themselves while raising everyone else.

From My Perspective is an 8-week self-reconnection workbook experience 

for overwhelmed mothers who want to understand their emotions, regulate their inner world, and reconnect with who they are outside of survival mode.
