My Approach

Radiant Rediscovery is a framework I received numerous times in prayer while navigating a season of transition and uncertainty that provided greater clarity and direction. 

Rediscover → Your Identity
You were created for love. Together, we uncover the beliefs, experiences, and narratives that may be clouding your understanding of who God created you to be.

Receive → Your Unique Design
God has uniquely equipped you with strengths, talents, experiences, and spiritual gifts that reflect His purpose for your life. Through tools such as CliftonStrengths, temperaments, virtues, and charisms, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your God-given design and learn how to steward these gifts well.

Renew → Healing and Restoration
Many women carry wounds, fears, disappointments, and limiting beliefs that impact their relationship with themselves, others, and God. Together, we'll identify areas where Christ may be inviting you into healing, forgiveness, reconciliation, and deeper trust.

Respond → With Intentional Action and Faithful Stewardship
Growth requires action. As you grow in self-awareness and confidence, you'll learn to discern God's invitations and respond with courage. Together, we'll create practical goals and next steps that help you faithfully steward the gifts, opportunities, and responsibilities God has entrusted to you.

Radiate → Serve and Be a Light to Others
When you understand who you are and embrace the gifts God has given you, you're able to love, serve, and lead others more freely. Whether in your family, parish, workplace, or community, you'll be better equipped to radiate Christ's love and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those around you.

Amanda is a founding member of The Communion of Catholic Coaches, an ICF-trained coach through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), and CliftonStrengths Level II certified through the Human Formation Coalition.

She and her husband, Richie, co-lead the Victorious Hearts Couples Ministry at Our Lady of Victory National Shrine and Basilica, where Amanda is passionate about faith-based leadership and community.

How can I determine if coaching is right for me?
People who seek coaching usually have a goal or an area in their life they want to improve or explore. While most people can benefit from coaching, the best candidates are open to growth, motivated to achieve their goals, emotionally vulnerable, take responsibility for their actions, and committed towards investing the time needed to make meaningful changes. How and where are coaching sessions conducted?
All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom or over the phone depending on client preference. Please find a quiet, distraction-free space so you can fully focus during our time together. Some clients prefer video calls, while others feel more comfortable with the camera off—either option is perfectly acceptable.

The heart of coaching is designing action and helping individuals move forward in areas where they want to grow. The first step is to book a free discovery call under "packages" above. This allows Amanda to learn about your story, goals, and what has drawn you to coaching. It also gives you the opportunity to decide if Amanda is the right fit for you. Please complete the client survey before your scheduled meeting. 

After the call, Amanda will recommend a coaching program tailored to your specific needs. 

Once you’re ready, you can select your preferred coaching program online, schedule your first coaching session, and make payment. Amanda will be there to guide you through the rest.✨
