I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside while quietly crumbling on the inside. I spent years in survival mode—juggling careers, chasing perfection, and running myself into the ground—until burnout (and a pandemic wake-up call) forced me to start over.
Rebuilding my life cracked me open in the best way. Today, as a Master Transformational Life Coach, I help Black millennial women do the same: unmask the performance, reclaim their spark, and reinvent themselves on their own terms.
