About

Hi, I'm Anj,

Diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) at the age of 51, my life turned upside down.

Until then, by many people’s standards, I was a success. With the job title of CEO,
a flat in London, friends and a busy social life, I’d run five marathons, written three novels and lived overseas. My friends referred to me as kind, sparkly and overachieving.

But what they didn’t see were my struggles to keep up with work, stay organised and manage my strong emotions. The strategies I developed to be ‘normal’ were exhausting and led to periods of burnout.

I saw that my trusty coping mechanisms no longer worked. The things I’d come to rely on to ‘fit in’ and ‘succeed’ were the same things holding me back.

I had so many questions – Who was I? What did I want? How could I be more sparkly, emotional me, while holding down a job, paying the bills and not being ‘too much’?

ADHD coaching helped me realise I’d been trying to fix myself when I wasn’t broken. Instead, I’d been trying to fit into a world that wasn’t designed for how my brain worked.

Coaching helped me find ways to explore how my wonderful brain works, discover my strengths and bring my ideas to life. It gave me back my sparkle.

Because of my experiences, I’m passionate that all ADHDers deserve the chance to find their strengths, sense of belonging and sparkle.

I’m now a certified coach, trained by ADHD Works. And I’m delighted to invite you to come on a wonderful ADHD coaching adventure withme.

Testimonials

“Eye-opening”

Talking through things & coming up with management strategies with someone who genuinely understands how my brain works was so eye-opening & such a relief.

- Dawn

I was really lost and feeling like a failure, but Anj empowered me to grow my own acceptance as well as confidence to ask for what I need.

Anj is understanding, patient as well as an honest, supportive coach who helped me so much and I know she will help you too.

Be it helping me learn tips and tricks for what works for my brain or improving my communication and quality of life as an ADHDer.

- Fay

‘Anj’s energy and positive outlook is super infectious.’

- ADHD coaching client

I started coaching because I was finding it hard to manage all the demands of running a business alongside ADHD. I often had lots of ideas but struggled to prioritise, stay focused, or keep momentum going.

What I’ve really valued about working with you is the calm, non-judgemental space you create.Your gentle approach and encouragement have helped me think more clearly about what’s working, not just what needs fixing.

The regular check-ins and light accountability have made a real difference, enough structure to keep things moving without feeling pressured.

Each session has given me something useful to take away whether that’s a practical tool or just a new way of thinking about something. I

’ve also appreciated being encourage to recognise what I’ve achieved, which isn’t something I usually take time to do.

I’d definitely recommend your coaching to others who are trying to run something and manage ADHD at the same time.

It’s been a supportive and very useful space to step back and make sense of things.
