I'm Molly, Confidence & Boundaries Coach for recovering people-pleasers, quiet cycle-breakers, and sensitive souls (and yes, I am all 3 😉). Traditional boundary advice often sounds like this:

❌ “Just be more assertive.”
❌ “You can’t care what people think.”
❌ “Say no and walk away.”

But for sensitive, thoughtful women who do care deeply—about others, relationships, and doing the right thing—this kind of advice doesn’t just fall flat. It feels impossible given who you are.

I coach women who’ve done it all: therapy, journaling, books, podcasts, seminars, even role-playing difficult conversations. 

And still? They end up in guilt spirals, overthinking every word, or feeling like setting a boundary means betraying who they are or betraying someone they love. 💔

A lot of people assume that caring "too much" or feeling "too deeply" are problems when it comes to setting boundaries.

But in my work, I’ve found that sensitivity is actually the path to clearer, stronger boundaries. 🌲
