What is Coaching vs Consulting and Counselling?
Coaching is the process of working with an individual or group toward achieving individual or organizational goals. Coaching is an action oriented activity. Consulting is providing an service, process or product. Counselling is working with past and present emotions, feeling and beliefs. Coaching can tackle many of the same problems as consulting and counselling, but focuses on building awareness and developmental action.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential."
What can I expect from a coaching relationship?
I am, first and foremost, a kind and compassionate individual who is deeply interested in your success. While I have many ideas and resources, you will take the lead in setting our agenda. The only real requirement in our relationship is honesty. Typically we would meet virtually, at scheduled times, to discuss how we can achieve your goals.
What are the coaching fees and is there a contract?
Coaching fees vary by package, but generally I try to keep coaching as affordable as possible - about $30.00 per 30 minute individual coaching session. While participants of paid programs will sign a coaching agreement, there are no long term contracts. All subscription programs may be cancelled at any time, with 10 days notice. Once a fixed fee program is paid for, there are no refunds.
How are program fees processed?
We use Stripe Payment Services. Strip is a world class online payment service, used by companies like Shopify and Uber. Visit their website at www.stripe.com.
