I bring more than 25 years of senior leadership and executive coaching experience, including leading and advising large, complex organizations at scale. My background includes supporting managers, directors, and senior leaders across high-growth, high-pressure environments, which has sharpened my instinct for reading behavior, identifying gaps, and understanding the people patterns that shape how teams truly perform.
