Harmony Advocate: Embracing Abundance and Connection
About
Hi! I’m Seth—a Parenting Coach, Artist, and Mental Health Advocate.
I help parents make a transformational shift from “power over/power under” dynamics to “power with”—prioritizing Connection over Compliance and fostering a deeper, more authentic relationship with their children.
As an artist, I extend this same philosophy into my abstract-expressive work, nurturing an abundance mindset through joy, curiosity, and acceptance of imperfection—inviting both parents and individuals to embrace growth, connection, and self-compassion in all aspects of life

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Harmony Advocate Parent Coaching?
A 12-week transformational coaching curriculum with recorded videos, worksheets and weekly 1-hour calls. The Empowered parenting approach helps parents move away from fear-based strategies (shame, control, compliance) and into a model rooted in connection, acceptance, and authenticity. This is a parent centered program.
How is this different from other parenting methods?
Traditional parenting often relies on “power over” dynamics—rewards, punishments, and coercion. I coach parents to shift into “power with” parenting, which fosters emotional intelligence, mutual respect, and secure attachment.
Are you going to give me the answers?
You will learn key tools and framework to help with behavioral challenges, but parent coaching isn’t about one-size-fits-all answers or rigid parenting formulas. It’s a holistic, collaborative process that meets you where you are, recognizing that every child, parent, and family dynamic is unique.
If I stop using punishments and rewards, how do I discipline my child?
Instead of external control, we focus on relational safety by guiding, teaching, and modeling. Boundaries are set with connection, respect and empathy, ensuring children learn self-regulation rather than fear-based obedience or bribes.
Does this work for strong-willed or neurodivergent kids?
Yes! In fact, connection-based parenting is especially beneficial for strong-willed, sensitive, or neurodivergent children because it helps them feel seen, understood, and empowered to develop emotional regulation skills.
What is 'artful curiosity' in parenting?
Artful curiosity is the practice of approaching parenting like an artist—with openness, playfulness, and a willingness to explore without needing perfection. Instead of reacting with judgment or control, you respond with wonder, creativity, and connection, which strengthens your bond with your child.
How do I know if this coaching is right for me?
If you want to parent with more confidence, connection, and calm, while breaking old cycles of control-based discipline, this transformation is for you! Feel free to book a free consultation to see if it’s a good fit.
