At Epiphany Evolution Health LLC, our mission is to bridge the knowledge gap between individuals and better health. We are dedicated to empowering people to take an active role in their well-being through structured education, self-awareness, and sustainable lifestyle change to break the chain of burnout.
Led by a Registered Nurse, Public Health Nurse, Certified Health Coach with over 20 years of healthcare experience, master’s degrees in nursing and business administration, and specialized training in quality assurance and performance improvement, utilization management, wellness education, stress management, mindfulness, and implementation-focused wellness support. Epiphany Evolution Health LLC combines professional healthcare experience with a non-clinical educational approach focused on burnout awareness, mental chaos reduction, prioritization, and long-term realistic sustainable routines.
What We Do
We provide structured educational health services/coaching designed to help people reduce burnout, exhaustion, and mental chaos by building realistic routines/plans without medical diagnosis or treatment. Our virtual services include: one-on-one sessions, group and organizational workshops/webinars.
