Hi, I'm Christine!

My path into life coaching came from my own journey of healing. For years, I carried old wounds and doubts about my worth, until I finally started listening to that quiet inner voice I’d been ignoring. That choice led me to self-discovery, growth, and ultimately to my purpose: helping others reconnect with their truest selves.

I believe transformation isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about releasing what no longer serves us and remembering who we’ve always been. As a coach, I hold space for both the messy and the beautiful parts of growth, offering compassion, honesty, and encouragement along the way.

What is life coaching?
Life coaching helps guide clients through a supportive process that combines goal-setting, self-discovery, and accountability. As a coach, I work collaboratively to establish clear, achievable goals and create strategies for reaching them, while also helping clients identify and overcome obstacles that may stand in the way. Acting as both motivator and cheerleader, I will provide encouragement, support, and accountability to keep clients on track. Through thoughtful questioning and active listening, I help foster greater self-awareness and new perspectives, while also equipping clients with practical skills and strategies to improve areas of their personal and professional lives.
How is life coaching different from therapy or mentoring?
Unlike a therapist or mentor, a life coach doesn't not treat or diagnose mental health problems, or focus on healing past traumas. It's is also not the job of a coach to give advice or tell you what to do, which is the role of a mentor. A coach is trained to use active listening, strategic questioning, and structured coaching modalities to help clients facilitate change by taking actionable steps towards their goals. Life coaching is very effective along with therapy or mentorship, but it does not replace the role of those providers.
What is an exploratory call?
An exploratory call is a 30-minute conversation where we explore what you’re looking for, what’s been getting in the way, and how coaching can support you. You don’t need to have everything figured out—that’s what I’m here for. You’ll leave the call with clarity on your next steps, so you can decide if coaching with me is the right fit for you.
What can I expect from working with a coach?
Together, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back and design a path that helps you reclaim your confidence and move forward with clarity. Growth isn’t always linear, but you’ll have steady guidance and support every step of the way.
How long is each session, and how often should I book them?
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Most clients meet with me weekly since that is the most effective, but frequency depends on your goals and what feels most supportive. We’ll decide together what’s right for you.
Do you work virtually or in person?
My coaching sessions are done virtually, which means you can join from anywhere in the world! All you need is a quiet, safe space and a stable internet connection.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I want coaching to feel accessible and manageable, so I offer flexible payment options that can be tailored to your needs. We’ll work together to find a plan that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to remove financial stress so you can focus fully on your growth and transformation.
Will our conversations during the session remain confidential?
Absolutely! Coaching is grounded in trust, and everything you share stays completely private and confidential. As a certified coach, I adhere to the highest ethical standards to ensure your safety and create a space where you can be fully open and honest.
