Frequently Asked Questions

What is coaching—and how is it different from counseling or giving advice?
Coaching is not about telling you what to do or fixing your life. Coaching focuses on you as a whole person—not simply the topic, challenge, or season you are facing.

As your coach, I believe you are already creative, capable, and resourceful.

My role is to create space for intentional conversation, ask meaningful questions, offer an objective perspective, and help you uncover what may already be inside of you.

Listening is a skill. Being heard is a blessing.
Who do you coach?
I primarily work with women who are ready to grow, gain clarity, reconnect with themselves, and move toward greater peace in their lives.

Whether you are navigating motherhood, relationships, career transitions, caregiving, personal growth, identity shifts, or simply feeling stuck—I offer a space where you can pause, process, and move forward with intention.
What is your coaching philosophy?
My philosophy begins with this belief: women are often the nucleus of the families, workplaces, and communities they serve.

The healthier and more grounded a woman becomes, the more she can offer to the people she cares about—children, parents, partners, siblings, friends, coworkers, employees, and beyond.

Self-care is not selfish. It creates capacity.

I believe every woman is unique on purpose and has gifts, experiences, and strengths worth discovering and leveraging.
What happens during a coaching session?
Each session is a meaningful conversation designed around you.

Together, we explore:
  • What is keeping you feeling stuck
  • Where peace may be missing
  • Patterns, beliefs, and experiences shaping your present
  • Your strengths, gifts, and opportunities
  • Practical next steps aligned with your values

I bring curiosity, presence, empathy, and an outside perspective to help you discover your own pathway forward.
Do I need to have a specific problem to start coaching?
Not at all.

Many begin coaching because they feel disconnected, overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply know there is more available to them than what they are currently experiencing.

You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning.
How can coaching help me find peace?
Imagine having an internal guide that helps you recognize whether your actions, decisions, and plans are leading you toward greater peace.

Coaching creates space to discover that.

Together, we explore your experiences, strengths, values, and goals to chart a pathway that feels aligned, grounded, and sustainable.
Will we talk about difficult experiences or past trauma?
Your experiences matter.

No experience is wasted, and painful experiences should never be minimized, ignored, or excluded.

While coaching is not therapy, coaching can create space to acknowledge what happened and explore how those experiences may still be influencing your present.

Sometimes understanding where barriers began helps reveal what is standing between you and the peace you desire today.
I’ve never worked with a coach before. What should I expect?
Many have never experienced coaching before.

Think of a coach as someone who sees potential, asks thoughtful questions, and helps you identify strengths and possibilities you may not yet see for yourself.

Just as an athletic coach helps someone develop their abilities, life coaching helps uncover gifts, align choices with values, and support growth toward the life you want to create.
What if I feel stuck?
Feeling stuck doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.

Often, it means there is something important waiting to be understood.

You deserve space to ask:
  • What happened then?
  • How is it affecting me now?
  • What barriers are keeping me from flourishing?
  • What would peace look like in this season?

Let’s talk about it.
What is the first step?
The first step is simple:

Accept that you are unique on purpose.

From there, we begin the conversation and create a pathway forward—together. Schedule a Warming Up and Welcoming Coaching package (for free) and let's get started.
