Trauma-Sensitive Yoga & Somatic Coaching
About
I am a certified Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga facilitator (TCTSY-F) offering body-positive, choice-centered practices to support people in reconnecting with their bodies with greater agency, presence, and care.
My work supports people navigating chronic conditions and stress-related challenges—including trauma, anxiety, sleep and digestive issues, burnout, chronic pain and illness, and recovery from injury, illness, and addiction. I also use trauma-sensitive approaches to coach neurodivergent individuals and others seeking more sustainable ways of being.

I have practiced yoga since 1997 and I bring a lifelong commitment to anti-oppression and collective liberation into my work. I facilitate classes, trainings, and private sessions for trauma survivors and those who support them, both locally and online. I am a contributing author to the book Embodied Healing: Survivor and Facilitator Voices from the Practice of Trauma-Sensitive Yoga.
